Requirements
We seek compassionate Home Health Medical Social Workers with:
- Master's degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
- One to two years post-graduate social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Must hold a license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state where you work
- Current driver's license and ability to drive to/from patient locations (approximately 20% of the day)
- A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
