Job Description
This position supports patients in various areas and requires flexibility in scheduling. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology to reduce time spent on charting, as well as a comprehensive onboarding program and clinical educators to mentor and guide you.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters in Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work
- One (1) to two (2) years post-graduate social work experience in a health care setting
- Licensed as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work
- A current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
