As a hospice care RN specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering patient care plans and collaborating with our team to provide exceptional care. With a strong focus on team-based care delivery, Residential Home Health and Hospice is a leader in the home healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to patient care and experience working in hospice care. This role supports patients in Troy, MI and surrounding areas. The schedule includes one week of Sunday (4p-4a), Tuesday (4p-2a) and Thursday (4p-2a), and the following week Wednesday (4p-2a), Friday (4p-2a) and Saturday (4p-4a).
