About This Role
This role is responsible for ensuring productivity goals of clinical staff are met.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assigning patients to multidisciplinary teams and adjusting schedules as needed.
Additional responsibilities include serving as the first line for resolution of concerns and issues for the staff, communicating regularly with support staff, and developing staff to meet quality, safety, and competency requirements.
We're looking for a compassionate RN with experience in Hospice care and a proven track record of success in supervisory roles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hospice operations and be able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
