The Opportunity:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in NW Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll use your outgoing personality to build meaningful relationships with real estate agents, both through in-person meetings and virtual channels. Your focus will be driving sales and securing home inspection referrals by establishing and maintaining partnerships with agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with real estate agents via phone, emails, social media, and in-person events
- Meet and exceed sales goals by generating home inspection referrals and securing new business
- Schedule and conduct presentations, office visits, and networking events to engage agents
- Coordinate and execute in-house events to further enhance agent relationships
- Attend team meetings and provide support to colleagues as needed
