An Inside Sales professional extraordinaire! The Inside Sales Representative will drive home inspection sales through real estate agent referrals. This role builds relationships with real estate agents through phone calls and electronic communications to obtain home inspection referrals, to drive new business, and to maintain existing partnerships.

What you will do:
- Build positive relationships with agents through phone and electronic communications
- Identify and overcome sales preventing obstacles
- Drive new business and home inspection sales through real estate agent referrals.
- Generate and confirm in-person meetings, events, and presentations at real estate offices for Outside Sales team members.
- Maintain strong existing business through the delivery of consistent and professional electronic communications.
- Attend weekly team meetings and support/assist other team members as needed.
