Handyman for Apartments and Condominiums

*Residential Management Corporation is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property maintenance tasks including carpentry, sheetrock installation and repairs, interior/exterior painting, gutter cleaning, ladder work, roofing/siding repairs, and more*

The position is full-time and requires individuals with a minimum of 5 years' experience apply.

The Maintenance team will travel to the condominium and apartment properties managed by us and complete work orders as assigned on a daily basis. This position may require significant travel to properties/job sites and the work is primarily outdoors. Candidates must have a working smart phone, a reliable vehicle, and tools of the trade to qualify for this position.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
a. Interior/exterior carpentry and repairs
b. Interior/exterior painting
c. Sheetrock hanging and taping
d. Custodial/trash removal
e. Gutter work and cleaning
f. Basic masonry/asphalt
g. Leak repairs and minor water mitigation
h. Siding repairs
i. Power washing
j. Landscaping repairs/general grounds keeping
k. Minor snow removal
l. Other general handyman type services

Candidates must be organized with an attention to detail, able to work independently, strong communication skills, proficient with all basic work tools and able to perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned.

Must have own tools and a truck/van capable of supporting a 40 ft. ladder. Position may require significant reimbursable travel between job sites. Emergency on-call responsibility with stipend and time and a half pay for on-call responses needed.

Must be able to pick up 50lbs or more.

Pay: From $26.50 per hour
