This role combines elements of quality assurance, program management, staff development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and a positive and supportive environment for both the individuals we support and the staff. This role requires a strong ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on leadership, crisis management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities::
- Lead and manage our programs and services, ensuring that they are provided in line with regulatory standards and agency policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to staff, focusing on professional growth and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality person-centered care.
- Monitor program quality and ensure continuous improvement through the implementation of quality assurance and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations, including training staff on regulatory compliance and quality expectations.
- Manage audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring timely and thorough responses to findings.
- Foster open, transparent communication with all internal teams and external partners, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all program documentation is accurate, complete, and on time.
- Promote, monitor, and support individualized care plans, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Ensure rights, dignity, and independence are respected in all aspects of care and service delivery.
Qualifications::
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
- Must pass satisfactory background checks.
