Residential Resources is looking for dedicated, compassionate people to work in our residential homes. We are looking for "out of the box" thinkers who can be creative while working with someone. Perhaps someone who enjoys menu planning/cooking, or reorganizing/decorating, arts and crafts, or even a movie buff. It is important that we continue to support meaningful and enriched lives, so someone that can bring some excitement to the table would be very much appreciated.
Residential Resources supports individuals diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We have multiple homes in the greater Keene area supporting individuals with varied levels of needs.
This position gets the flexibility to assist building their schedule each month and receives a competitive wage. We work around your schedule with a variety of day, weekend, evening and overnights shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must have at least three years of experience as a licensed driver and have an acceptable driving history.
- Must have an acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.
- Experience providing ADL supports (and specifically personal care needs) preferred but not required; we can certainly train the right person.
