Residential Services, Inc.(RSI) is hiring a part time Housing Stabilization Counselor in Duluth, MN. As a Housing Stabilization Counselor, you will help people with disabilities and seniors live their best, most fulfilling lives by finding and sustaining housing. If you are compassionate, warm-hearted, and reliable with a passion for caring for others, apply to join our team! The schedule for this position will include: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-6:00pm (16-24 hours a week).
Salary: $22.75-$23.75 per hour

Job Summary: The Housing Stabilization Counselor will develop, maintain, and lead the implementation of person-centered housing transition and sustain plans to help people with disabilities and seniors find and maintain housing. This position will provide services that support the person’s transition into housing, increase long-term stability in housing, and avoid homelessness or institutionalization.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a human services or related field and:/or: one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or seniors. Prior experience providing housing transition and support services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and driving record that meets RSI’s insurability standards must be maintained. Access to a vehicle in good operating condition and proof of vehicle insurance.
- To pass a post-offer background check.
