Position Overview
Program Managers oversee services and staff at a designated location. Overseeing services include clinical evaluations at a program level and of individuals with a severe mental illness diagnosis, developmental disability and or traumatic brain injury. Overseeing staff will include most administrative activities to cover the full cycle of employment: interviewing, onboarding, support, evaluation, and progression or discipline. Operating in a DSP environment means your staff will be engaged in intensive 1:1 care of our clients, 24-7 every day. You will report to the Area Director and have direct reports. Above your Area Director is the Director of the service, and then the CEO.
Role Responsibilities:

- Program Administrative Duties
- Ensuring compliance with all state regulations and regulatory agencies
- Work with a range of severe mental illness (SMI) diagnosis, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and others
Required Qualification and Experience:

- 4-6 years of combined education and or experience. Acceptable forms of years of experience include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s (4 year) Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or another industry related field.
- Associate’s (2 year) Degree in Social work, Human Services, or another industry related field.
- A Diploma (1 year) from an accredited post-secondary institution in Social Work, Human Services, or another industry related field.
- Full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older, under the supervision of an authorized staff person as defined by the state.

- Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Ability to pass the BCA Criminal Background Check and the Sexual Exploitation of Patients by Psychotherapist screen required by DHS.
- Ability to pass screening required by Federal Human Services office of the Inspector General.
- Ability to organize and work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Area, for applicable mileage reimbursements, with a current driver’s license, clean record, and personal vehicle with insurance.
- Possess a person-centered approach, consistent with the Philosophical approach of the individual program and RTI
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
- Other, as needed, as company and role grow or evolves.
