Neurofeedback Technician/In-Office & Schools

Neurofeedback Office Location: 2195 Larkspur Ln. Redding, 100B CA 96002

Status: Part-Time (up to 29 hours per week) Reports to: Neurofeedback Supervisor/Director

Job Pay: $20-24 hourly Reviews: 30, 60, 90 days and yearly

General Function: These general functions will be carried out in keeping with the goals and mission of The Resiliency Co By Dunamis Wellness. Hereafter “Center” represents this facility. The Neurofeedback Supervisor/Director reserves the right to add, modify or delete essential job functions.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities include the following:In-Office: Administer Neurofeedback brain training to adults, adolescents and children as scheduled by Center.

Office: Administers Neurofeedback brain training to adults, adolescents and children as scheduled by Center.

Schools:

· Administers TQ7/TQ8 guided Neurofeedback brain training to children with emotional, learning and stress related disorders

· Assumes responsibility for the execution of the Neurofeedback Training Plan

· Coordinates scheduling of sessions with school and students to best utilize time/space available

· Charts and monitors patient’s training sessions and symptomatic progress. Tracks progress with student’s parent/guardian every 2-3 weeks.

· Reviews patient progress and training effectiveness with patient’s clinician, if applicable

In Office and School: Keeps the Neuro equipment clean, stocked and prepared for each patient session. Mobile units are to be stored safely according to Center policy.

· Computer savvy and proficient in navigating windows environments and applications such as MS Office

Qualification (optional)

· Experience working with children with emotional, learning and stress related disorders

· Understanding of neurophysiology and neuroanatomy

· Understanding of EEG waves and brain functions

· Understanding how nutrition affects the brain

· Understanding of or experience with brain mapping and/or neurofeedback brain training

Mandatory Requirements

· Applicants must pass the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI criminal background check

· Applicants must pass Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance

· Applicants must have a valid Driver’s License

· A current vehicle with liability insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
