Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and performance management of service team members
- Managing the overall performance of the team, including achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals
- Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment and resolving customer-related issues
- Training team members on effective sales techniques and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Performing managerial duties, including budget management and operational issue resolution
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Management Experience: 3 years in industrial sales or customer service
