Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the electrical team, assign tasks and responsibilities to electricians, apprentices, and other team members, ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED, valid supervising journeyman electrician license, 3 years' experience managing 10 or more employees across more than one location, or 2 years of electrical experience with WillScot.
- M.S. Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience, strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral/written communication, ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, experience applying creativity to problem-solving, and build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication.
