As an electrical supervisor lead, you will be responsible for leading the electrical team, driving market delivery and installation margins, and ensuring that all electrical work is in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Team Leadership: Oversee the daily activities of the electrical team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED, valid supervising journeyman electrician license, 3 years' experience managing 10 or more employees across more than one location, or 2 years of electrical experience with WillScot.
- M.S. Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience, strong customer service orientation, active listening, excellent oral/written communication, ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, experience applying creativity to problem-solving, and build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication.
