Job Summary :
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project and risk management skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage electrical construction projects ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, quality, and contract compliance.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, addendums, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Review and comment on client contracts, project drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure accurate and timely project submittals, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Lead project-specific safety plans, contribute to estimating and preconstruction phases, and manage financial aspects, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Train, mentor, and lead team members, and utilize software programs like CRS, PTS, Apex, ConEst, Sage, and Microsoft Office Suite.
