Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate), Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas to join our team in a full-time, W-2 position. This hybrid role, based in Mont Belvieu, TX, involves working with clients experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. The counselor will utilize evidence-based therapies such as EFT, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches to support individuals and couples in their healing journey.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay range: $60-$70 per session, based on experience, this is a W2 position.
• $100 monthly stipend toward professional training and development
• Annual vacation bonus to promote rest and rejuvenation for our counselors
- You will be provided with your own personal office space, required office supplies, and provided EHR software access.
Qualifications
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas
• Experience providing counseling services for individuals, teens, children, and/or couples
• Interest in or experience with trauma healing, infidelity recovery, addiction support, and personal growth
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (in-office and virtual sessions)
