Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail orientated legal document delivery specialist to join our team in Snohomish County Washington. In this contractor role you will be responsible for the timely and professional delivery of legal documents and according with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documents to individuals in accordance with state and local laws
- Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completed deliveries
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure documents are delivered within deadlines
- Manage multiple service requests simultaneously
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Snohomish County
- Excellent communication and the ability to adapt different environments
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Has a printer and a scanner
- Knows how to send PDFs through email
- The ability to obtain your process server registration and a local Department the same day you express interest
