You’ll be dedicated to supporting our core product org – a central hub of innovation for both our digital software and our connected hardware products to treat sleep & breathing disorders. Data is central to delivering the personalized, AI powered experiences ResMed is investing in to support our customers and patients.Utilizing product thinking and user-centered discovery practices you will help shape the roadmap for the data products and capabilities that empower our SBH Product organization to harness the full potential of data.You will support teams in delivering operational analytics, decision support analytics, and AI / ML models. Sitting at the intersection of data strategy and product innovation, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover their most critical data needs and deliver scalable, impactful solutions.Your role will enable the embedding of intelligence into our products, fostering data-driven insights and AI-powered functionality that transform customer experiences. If you’re passionate about using data to shape the future of cutting-edge products that make a difference in people’s day to day lives, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities : Product Strategy & Vision : Define and lead strategy : Set and own the data platform strategy to support the Product organization’s analytics and AI / ML needs.Develop a roadmap : Align the platform’s roadmap with company strategy, product team priorities and industry trends.Enable adoption : From the ever-expanding stack of services available from cloud vendors to the quickly evolving generative AI powered productivity tools – our ways of working are changing fast. Work with the other data platform product managers to continuously evolve platform capabilities to leverage new technologies for data access, analysis, and visualization.Stakeholder Partnership : Empower product teams : Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to enable operational and decision-support analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Partner with AI / ML, data engineering, and software development teams to deliver impactful solutions.Product Development & Execution : Deliver innovation : Drive the development of platform capabilities that support AI / ML and analytics use cases.Prioritize for value : Work with engineering teams to prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact.Ensure compliance : Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance while delivering innovative solutions.Continuous Improvement : Foster adoption : Promote the adoption of data tools and platform capabilities through training and communication.Measure and iterate : Define KPIs to track the impact of solutions and continuously improve platform offerings.Qualifications : Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.5 years of product management experience with a focus on data platforms, AI / ML, or analytics; OR5 years in a technical role (data engineering, data science, or analytics) with 1 year of product management experience.Experience embedding AI / ML models into products or supporting advanced analytics is highly desirable.Familiarity with highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) is a strong advantage.Technical Skills : Platform expertise : Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and data integration workflows.Analytical mindset : Ability to work with complex datasets and make data-driven decisions.Leadership & Communication : Collaborative leadership : Proven ability to work across teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.Effective communicator : Skilled at simplifying technical concepts and inspiring confidence in technical and non-technical audiences alike.Relationship builder : Adept at managing senior stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
