What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Designer graphics, figma, plasmic type experience position at Resodo?

We are creating a new platform called Resodo.com. The landing page is not current to our development progress which is hosted on another server. The appearance of what we have developed is basic and needs to be refined and finalized for launch. I have two developers using Slack and Asana to task out and complete the dev phases and now need a designer to work side by side with me at times to complete the final appearance phase before launching the site. I need a local designer to if possible or something better. I dont want to use a remote option. It has been taking too long and creates issues. I see this project taking a 2-4 weeks with ongoing revisions over a longer time that may lead to a full time position in the future if desired. I live in monument Colorado and can travel as far as Colorado Springs or possibly north to work with the Designer. I need the designer to view the site and see the vision for flow and then create a few mock templates as images to review before moving forward with my choice that the designer and developers can then integrate onto the site. We need graphics capability and site flow competence for all the features. NDA required to access the development site and or see the business plan or relevant documents.
