As an independent contractor , you will be responsible for recruiting therapists, acquiring clients, executing marketing strategies, and leveraging digital platforms to drive growth. You will have the freedom to implement ideas, take ownership of the role, and earn additional incentives for high performance!
Key Responsibilities :
Therapist Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Actively identify and reach out to licensed therapists who align with our mission.
- Guide therapists through the onboarding process and ensure they meet platform requirements.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract culturally competent professionals.
