Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Community Engagement & Outreach Specialist to lead the expansion of our behavioral health services into new communities. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong sales and marketing skills who is passionate about building relationships, generating client leads, and setting up new programs. The primary focus is to establish our presence in underserved areas by recruiting clients, hiring staff, and developing partnerships with community organizations that can refer clients to our behavioral health agency services.
This position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a significant impact while driving the growth of our services. The role includes door-to-door outreach, organizing community events, and making connections with local partners to ensure that our behavioral health services reach those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Expanding Services in New Areas
- Lead efforts to set up behavioral health services in new locations by recruiting clients, securing staff, and building the necessary infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and hire mental health professionals and administrative staff to support new program locations.
- Ensure that new programs are aligned with community needs and fully operational, providing seamless access to care.
