The Compliance & Operations Administrator is responsible for providing executive administrative support while ensuring that TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services remains in full compliance with Medicaid regulations, MCO guidelines, service definitions, and documentation standards. This role is critical in preventing compliance violations, reducing risk, and ensuring all operational and executive functions run smoothly.
This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can multitask, manage executive-level administrative tasks, supervise staff, conduct site visits, review documentation, manage audits, and oversee compliance processes. This role involves monitoring service utilization, conducting mystery audits to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, reviewing phone calls for compliance, and implementing corrective actions before issues escalate. The goal is to keep the company in full compliance, prevent legal risks, and proactively address operational challenges while identifying operational inefficiencies, waste, and unnecessary roles.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Executive Administrative Support & Document Management :
- Manage all executive paperwork, including contracts, formation documents, and compliance records.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible when needed.
- Assist the Agency Director / CEO in tracking compliance-related issues and operational improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports outlining key risks, corrective actions, and service utilization trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to compliance, audits, and employee records.
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership , including scheduling meetings and coordinating documentation.
