We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead, train, and oversee our sales agents, ensuring high performance and profitability. This role is ideal for a seasoned MCA professional who understands the lending industry, has successfully closed deals, and is ready to take on a leadership position.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for training, managing, and scaling a high-performing sales team. Your goal is to increase revenue, improve conversion rates, and maintain quality assurance across the sales floor. You will also develop sales strategies, set performance benchmarks, and drive profitability.
This is a remote leadership role with significant earning potential based on the team's success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales Team Leadership & Training – Lead, mentor, and train sales agents in MCA, business lending, and consultative selling.
- Performance Management – Monitor key metrics (calls, conversion rates, closed deals) and implement strategies to improve results.
- Deal Structuring & Oversight – Ensure agents understand funding options and structure deals that meet client needs while maximizing profitability.
- Process Optimization – Implement best practices for prospecting, closing, and client follow-up to increase efficiency.
- Motivation & Sales Culture – Foster a high-energy, goal-driven environment where agents are motivated to perform at their best.
- Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability – Drive overall sales performance to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
Who We’re Looking For:
- MCA & Lending Experience – Extensive knowledge of Merchant Cash Advances, business loans, and alternative financing.
- Sales & Leadership Expertise – Proven track record of managing, training, and scaling successful sales teams.
- High-Level Negotiation Skills – Ability to coach agents on closing high-value deals and handling objections effectively.
- Strong Communication & People Skills – You know how to lead and inspire a remote sales force.
- Tech-Savvy – Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) and auto-dialers.
- Results-Driven Mindset – You thrive in a high-performance, commission-based environment.
- Remote Management Experience – Ability to lead a virtual team, track performance, and enforce accountability.
What We Offer:
- High Earning Potential – Expected $5,000 - $15,000 per month (Commission-based)
- Base Incentive Pay – North Carolina minimum wage ($7.25/hr) for the first 30-60 days to assist in ramp-up (deducted from commissions).
