Job Title : Recruitment Coordinator

What You’ll Do :
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all job postings are accurate and up to date.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Build relationships with local schools, universities, and community organizations to attract candidates.
Review and screen incoming resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest and availability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are informed of the interview details.
Prepare interview materials and candidate profiles for interviewers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Handle candidate inquiries and assist with any questions related to the recruitment process.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees from recruitment to onboarding.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and contribute to the analysis of recruitment strategies.
Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to contribute to process improvements.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and ensure adherence to EEO regulations throughout the hiring process.
Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications :
Associate degree is required, bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in recruitment is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for various positions.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in database management and record-keeping.
Basic understanding of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking software is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
The position involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
