Summary

Resolute Road Hospitality, a national third-party hospitality management company, is seeking dynamic, driven, service-oriented people to join our family!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage room authorizations and restrictions
  • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue through occupancy, ADR and REVPAR
  • Daily pickup analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
  • Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Attend meetings to plan, organize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions
  • Daily room revenue management strategy review
  • Monitor competitors rate positioning
  • Qualify requests for proposals, develop rate strategies and prepare quotes
  • Support sales department with group contracts, terms & conditions and rates
  • Manage SRP production, channel productions and segment production
  • Support property operations with revenue management strategies that contribute to operational success
  • Prepare reports and commentary weekly/monthly on property performance
  • Review and analyze weekly & monthly STR reporting
  • Create monthly forecasts by property
  • Stay up to date with Brand initiatives, directives and standards
  • Regularly check input of data quality in the PMS
  • Ensure web site booking process is maintained and up-to-date
  • Monitor markets for special events and conventions
  • Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operations standards
  • Occasional travel to properties to research markets, competition and sales opportunities.
  • Develop good working relationships with the property leadership and brand support services.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred candidates will have the following or equivalent:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management
  • 2-4 years of hotel operations leadership
  • 2-4 years of hotel sales and catering
  • 2-4 years of hospitality experience
  • STR training and certificate
  • Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledgeable of hotel technology, PMS, third party extranets, GDS, CRS and revenue management software

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to issues that arise
