We're hiring an experienced Workers’ Compensation Adjuster to join our Midwest-based team. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting injured workers and ensuring timely, fair claims resolutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of workers’ comp claims from start to finish
- Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate settlements in line with company and regulatory standards
- Communicate with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state laws and internal guidelines
What You Bring:
- 2 years of workers' compensation adjusting experience
- Strong understanding of state-specific regulations (Midwest states a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
