Resolution Think, LLC is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support the Federal Trade Commission's effort to accomplish its goals through workforce planning, management analysis, recruitment, employee development, retention, compensation, and performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, applying advanced LMS principles, concepts, and methods to deliver and maintain FTC’s LMS to include monitoring, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for overall systems functions.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
LMS Operations and Maintenance - manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring functionality, reliability, and accessibility for users.
User and Course Management - exhibit management expertise in the program area to facilitate the integration of technology into training programs and to ensure effective utilization of the LMS.
Troubleshooting – provide troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses and troubleshoot / resolve issues relating to system functionality and software systems.
Reporting and Analytics – develop and generate custom reports on user progress, course completion, and compliance while providing data insights to support organizational learning strategies.
Documentation and Training - develop new criteria for analyzing training requirements and for designing solutions that maximize the benefit of existing or new technologies and recommend plans to further refine and develop training solutions that focus on cost effective or current and future technologies.

- Position is contingent upon contract award
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cornerstone LMS Administrator
- Technical skills include troubleshooting, understanding of directory, file structures and systems
- Course design and development ability
- DHS Trusted Tester Certification required.
- Strong technical proficiency with accessibility testing tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with Section 508, WCAG, and other accessibility standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship (copy of birth certificate or naturalization papers)
- The ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain access to U.S. Government facilities and systems
- Pass a background check
