Resolve Marine’s laborer reports to the department supervisor or to the Facility/Warehouse Manager. This position is a general labor position associated within a specific department; however, this role may be utilized in various departments at any time.
Position Responsibilities
Up to 25% travel MAY be required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.

Resolve Marine’s laborer reports to the department supervisor or to the Facility/Warehouse Manager. This position is a general labor position associated within a specific department; however, this role may be utilized in various departments at any time.
Position Responsibilities
- Understands procedures and able to correctly fuel, start up, and store all equipment
- Responsible for inspecting and maintaining all lighting equipment, including but not limited to:
- String lights including bulbs and cords
- Extension cords
- Bulbs in light tower and proper procedure for replacing bulb(s)
- Halogen lights and proper procedure for replacing bulb(s)
- Responsible for site maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Proper storing of gear, rigging and supplies
- Trash control including keeping all trash and scrap metal picked up and disposed of in the correct containers
- Understands procedures and provides fire watch to assist Welders and Burners
- Provides paint application, sand blasting and coatings on projects
- Cleans pumping equipment and hoses after they’ve been used
- Responsible for post-project inspection of equipment for defects, tagging defected equipment with red tags and following specified procedures for equipment defects
- Responsible for packaging of non-defected equipment for return to warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
- One (1) or more years of work experience in similar capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License and/or Passport
- TWIC card or able to obtain one
- Training and/or certification required prior to operation of any company owner (or leased) vehicles or equipment
- Driver's License (highly preferred)
- Passport (highly preferred; if global deployment is required for this position, a current passport is required)
- First, Aid CPR, AED
- OSHA 10 Hour
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER
- 8 Hour HAZWOPER
- Forklift Operator License
- Sit or Stand
- Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance
- See
- Walk
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Taste/Smell
- Use Hands/Fingers to handle or feel
- Talk/hear
- Carry weight, lift 75lbs.
- Exposure to work (outside weather, fumes, office environment etc.)
