We are seeking a full-time, experienced, and motivated Operations Manager / BA to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager / BA will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes, using a human-centered design approach to understand user needs and improve the customer journey. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing multiple departments and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Serves as a deputy to PM in managing O&M, Tier 2 operations, leading incident response, and problem resolution.
- Serves in a Business Analyst / Product Owner / HCD Analyst capacity.
- Provides a comprehensive understanding of the MNPS architecture and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MNPS.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Streamline existing processes and procedures to enhance internal capacity.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Manage data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Ability to read, understand, and diagram system architecture.
- Road mapping / Marketplace PI Planning / Coordination.
- Operations & Maintenance Schedule Updates.
- Biweekly Infrastructure Report Distribution.
- Ensure tracking and completion of all recurring assessments.
- Conduct user research and create user personas to understand the needs and behaviors of our customers.
- Develop journey maps and personas to visualize the customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply human-centered design principles to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our users.
