As a key member of our product development process, you'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, from engineers and product managers to marketing and research, to ensure we design and deliver products that truly resonate with our users.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research through various methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Translate user insights into actionable design solutions through design thinking workshops and iterative prototyping.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and translate seamlessly into code.
- Participate in user testing sessions and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices.
- Contribute to our design language and UI component library.
