We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to support fleet operations by managing administrative tasks, documentation, and vehicle-related processes. This role requires attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work flexibly between office and field tasks.
Responsibilities:- Input vehicle data into the system, maintain records, and handle documentation.
- Support the preparation of fleet vehicles for internal use, including some outdoor tasks.
- Process vehicle payments, invoices, insurance renewals, and financial reports.
- Work closely with Fleet Service providers, Accounts Payable, and Property Accounting teams.
- Audit and process invoices, taxes, and vehicle repair payments.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for fleet expenses.
- Coordinate vehicle sales and disposition documentation.
- Previous experience in fleet administration or a related role preferred.
- Strong data entry, organization, and documentation skills.
- Flexibility to work both in-office and in the field as needed.
- SAP experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
