We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance in both English and another language. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Type: Contract to Hire
We are ready for you to start searching for 10 temporary customer service representatives. After a minimum of 3 months, they may have the opportunity to become a full-time employee.
· They will work remote, and we will provide equipment
· We need them to be based in either Springfield, MO or Branson, MO, (or close to either city)
· Call center experience preferred, but will consider retail, restaurant…any type of customer service experience, but customer service experience is required.
· Bilingual Spanish
· W2 $17.00 - $20.00
· We’d like to start them all on the same date, preferably towards the first or 2nd week of March.
