Requirements
Must Have?
- Experience in sourcing, nurturing and progressing leads
- 3-5 years Experience in B2B sales
- Ability to understand client business drivers and ROI
- Solution selling approach
- Ability to work through longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders driving value
- Ability to make cold calls and follow through with warm leads/referrals
- Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Update and manage internal CRM and sales systems
- Ability to drive revenue and market share in a defined territory/accounts
- Manage the sales process from the initial opportunity through to the securing the deal
- Experience working with and influencing Senior Leaders in organisations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to create pitch decks and proposals
- Have a consultative sales style with ability to grow domain knowledge
- Experience in the Customer Experience Domain / Data insights / Marketing Tech Sales
- SaaS Sales Experience
- Industry vertical expertise e.g. Retail, B2B, Local Government
Experience working in a start-up environment.
