Customer Relations Specialist/Front Desk Associate:
Basic Job Description:
- Greet owners and Guests at check-in
- Operate computers and resort software
- Make and receive phone calls
- Making sure the main area, entryway, and laundry area are clean and neat
- Oversee housekeeping operations
- Taking and helping with requests
- Washing laundry and restocking for housekeeping
- Water plants and maintain a welcoming environment
- Report any maintenance issues
- Hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon-Sat
- Flexible weekly scheduling but must be able to work Saturdays
- We are closed on all major holidays and every Sunday
- No overnights
Must haves:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with computers
- Be able to climb stairs and be able to do the job
- Great attitude and always on time.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
