What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Resort Group?
We are looking for a can-do person to fill the roll of Maintenance Supervisor for one of our amazing properties.
If you are an experienced maintenance supervisor looking for a job with career growth potential, please consider joining our team. We require a varied skill set, including experience in staff oversight, budgets, facility maintenance, computer skills, & basic facility repair/capital project knowledge.
Knowledge of or basic skills in carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing is preferred. This position will work with and report to the General Manager. A large portion of the job will involve directing your team in the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the properties, as well as personally performing these duties and repairs.
This is a busy and physically challenging department. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high quality standards for the grounds, buildings and vehicles; overseeing capital projects, and ensuring that common areas, walkways, buildings, and the maintenance shop meet first class standards at all times.

Salary equivalence of $49,920-58,240 annually or $24-28/hr
