What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative-Fun, Innovative Work Environment! position at Resort Management Group?
We are looking for outgoing, customer service oriented people to join our team!
This is a small resort with 126 timeshare units. You will be responsible for checking in and checking out guests, providing directions and information about local attractions, taking reservations and working to ensure our guests have a great time while they are at the resort.
Background and drug testing will be required. A valid driver's license is mandatory to be considered for this position. This is a full time position with medical and dental benefits and paid time off. The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, nights and weekend work is mandatory. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
