We are looking for a full-time on-site Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing files, preparing documents, processing in/out bound mail, filing (electronic and hard copy), database management/ updating, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
- Preparing Estoppels.
- Processing Sale and Lease Applications.
- Ordering Credit and Background Checks.
- Maintaining the Real Estate ownership process in our database.
- Navigate public records websites to obtain required information.
- Communicate with Board Members, Title Companies, and other Real Estate Professionals.
The ideal candidate is customer service (internal and external) oriented, a self-starter, have excellent verbal communication skills, attention to details and be organized. Must also thrive in a fast-paced team oriented professional working environment.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with data entry and filing systems
- Ability to manage calendars and perform clerical tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
This position is in-person only. Pay will be based on experience. The minimum pay is $19.00/hour and the maximum is $21.00/hour firm.
