Our Senior Recruiter will be responsible for running end-to-end recruiting processes for a wide variety of roles including but not limited to Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations. Our ideal candidate has experience building from the ground up and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will not only ensure an excellent candidate experience, but you will also create deep relationships with hiring managers and become an expert on their hiring needs. You will have the ability to make a massive impact on the growth and culture of our organization.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area where our in office culture works day-to-day. The base salary for this role will range from $115,000 - $145,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.

What you'll do
- Manage the entire recruiting process for a variety of business roles - including sourcing, reviewing inbound applications, screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, managing candidates, and negotiating offers
- Develop deep relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, as well as working with them to create efficient interview processes, scorecards/interview kits, and interview training
- Create an unmatched and thoughtful candidate experience - you will guide them through the interview process and ensure they are kept up-to-date on their candidacy
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics in Greenhouse (ATS)- Ensure that hiring managers, interview teams, and leadership are engaging with Greenhouse seamlessly for each process
- Audit our tools and processes to ensure we are using best practices within our ATS and are keeping candidates organized for future open roles
- Work with hiring managers and People team to determine benchmarking and equitable salary bands - you are not afraid to give your input and share market knowledge
- First point of contact and day-to-day management of recruiting agencies that we may bring on (when needed)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Assist in various People initiatives and projects as requested

- 5 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition (with at least 3 of those years at an early stage start-up recruiting across different departments). Experience at a consumer-focused company is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub and other)
- Comfort and proven track record of interfacing with senior manager and stakeholders across a variety of functions to produce ongoing consensus on the hiring process
- In-depth experience creating, managing and running end to end full cycle interview processes
- Ability to run a minimum of 5-7 discrete roles across multiple functions at any given time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively with a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Data-driven, using recruiting metrics and analytics to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve processes
- High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, intellectually curious and have excellent communication skills
