Responsibilities
DUTIES
- Reconciles daily cash activity and perform cash flow analysis.
- Generates food and beverage reports and performs cost analysis.
- Generates weekly labor reports and performs trend analysis.
- Maintains financial models to accurately forecast future EBITDA.
- Maintains capital expenditure report and projections.
- Prepares journal entries and generates reports for the month-end close process.
- Performs analysis of balance sheet accounts and P&L statements.
- Provides analytical support for operating reviews.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting.
- Assists with development of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Performs other ad hoc analysis as assigned by management.
- May be assigned to other departments for special projects on a periodic basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, or Accounting, preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical capacities and related experience, desired.
- Strong Excel skills, proficient with pivot tables and vlookup formulas.
- Knowledge of Showcase, SQL, and/or other data query skills, a plus.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in groups, with strong time management skills.
