Job Summary :
The Sales Director will spearhead regional sales efforts with a focus on upstream and midstream energy clients. In this role, you’ll drive customer acquisition, manage accounts, and ensure client satisfaction across the Rockies. As a key player in our growth strategy, you’ll help establish out client as the leading solution for methane emissions compliance in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Development : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at prospective and existing accounts in the energy sector. Understand their emissions detection, repair, and reporting needs, positioning us as the preferred solution.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement regional sales strategies to surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Rockies.
- Lead Generation & Account Management : Identify and engage new clients through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach. Maintain relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
- Proposals & Contracting : Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Industry Representation : Represent the organization at trade shows, industry associations, and regulatory meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate demand for our solutions.
- Curiosity-Driven Market Insight : Stay attuned to industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, fostering a deep understanding of the emissions detection landscape. Actively seek out new information to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product management, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Relay customer feedback to drive product development.
- Reporting & Analytics : Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to optimize strategies and boost sales effectiveness.
