Project Manager Land Development

Project Manager Land Development Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC (Report to Charlotte office daily, but with some flexibility)
Direct Reports: 4-6 team members
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee land development projects (residential experience is preferred but not required).
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6, including engineers and designers.
• Manage client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the Charlotte office team on day-to-day project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and align with client and company expectations.

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and develop team members.
• Effectively handle project management responsibilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Participate in meetings at the Charlotte office while maintaining flexibility for project requirements.
• Leverage expertise in civil site design and land development to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in land development or related fields.
• Licensure: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in land development or a related field, with residential experience preferred but not required.
• Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and expertise in civil site design projects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and effectively manage client relationships.
