Role : Senior Business Analyst
Duration : 1-2 year C2H
Location : Lansing, MI 48933 – Hybrid
Local candidates only
In-person interview
Prior state experience is preferred
Must Have :
5 years of experience gathering requirements from users
5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation (i.e., wireframes or screen mockups, workflow diagrams, traceability matrix, etc.)
5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
3 years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, review, etc.
3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.
Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
