Job Title : Assembly Line Worker
Location : Garner, NC
Job Type : Full-Time
Department : Production
Pay : $16 - $18 / hour depending on shift and experience
Shifts : 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling standard products according to engineering instructions or bill of materials while meeting established quality levels and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical assembly, gluing, packaging, and product repairs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow precise documentation are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble products based on engineering instructions or bill of materials, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, gluing, and packaging tasks efficiently.
- Repair products and related sub-assemblies following detailed documentation and technical specifications.
- Inspect finished products and sub-assemblies for quality, workmanship, and compliance with documentation requirements.
- Accurately complete and maintain all required paperwork, including work orders, material reject reports, inspection reports, and stockroom requisition forms.
- Enter tracking system data to monitor progress and ensure accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
