Mandatory Skills: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in CMDB management, MID Server configuration, ITOM (IT Operations Management), API development, and advanced configurations like mTLS and Software Bill of Material (SBOM) modeling. This role also involves creating and deploying custom health dashboards and optimizing out-of-the-box dashboards to enhance operational insights and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Deep expertise in configuring and managing the ServiceNow CMDB, including integrations and best practices.
• Proven track record in configuring MID Servers for data collection and integration tasks.
• Extensive experience with ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Advanced proficiency in creating and optimizing custom and out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
• Strong experience with API development and integration using REST/SOAP frameworks.
