Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Leadership Stakeholder Relationships Project Coordination
- Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
- Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.
- Team Development
- Mentor and develop program team members, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, safety & accountability, and a healthy drive for productivity and professional growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- 5 years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting)
- 2 years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fastidious attention to detail is a must.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
