Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our customer at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head.
In this role, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand their design needs and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts. You will use your creative skills to produce high-quality designs for both print and digital media.

- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Creating engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various applications
- Preparing designs for print and digital media, ensuring they meet all specifications and requirements
- Revising and editing designs based on client feedback
- Maintaining graphic design files and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, graphic design or a related field plus at least four years of experience of recent experience preparing multi-media products related to internal and external communication. An associate degree and six (6) additional years of experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
