RMC is hiring a Help Desk Technician (0800-1600 day shift) at Crane, Indiana.

• Identify, research and resolve technical problems at the Tier 1 level of responsibilit

• Documenting internal procedure

• Assisting with the onboarding of new user

• Supporting the maintenance of multiple classrooms including reconfiguring furnitur
e
• layouts, cabling, general upkee

• Effective verbal and written communicatio

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologie

• One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experienc
e
• Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s); tracking technical issues using ServiceNow and other ticketing systems; maintaining historical records and related documentation to ensure timely resolutio
n
• Diagnose data communications problems using specialized tools, test equipment and software utilitie
s
• Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and softwar
e
• Ability to lift up to 50 pound
