IT Help Desk Technician

RMC is hiring a Help Desk Technician (0800-1600 day shift) at Crane, Indiana.

• Identify, research and resolve technical problems at the Tier 1 level of responsibilit

• Assisting with the onboarding of new user

• Supporting the maintenance of multiple classrooms including reconfiguring furnitur

• Effective verbal and written communicatio

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologie

• One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience.
• Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s); tracking technical issues using ServiceNow and other ticketing systems; maintaining historical records and related documentation to ensure timely resolution.
• Diagnose data communications problems using specialized tools, test equipment and software utilities.
• Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Certification Requirements{​{:}

• } DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security CE) is required. Additional Training may be required to be completed within 30 days of start
