Program Analyst

RMC is hiring a Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, MD. The selected applicant's expected duties will include{​{:}}

• Support, track, and report on user accounts and statuses across multiple applications (ERP, NIS ICAM, TWMS, etc.
)
• Create/delete/modify accounts for civilian, military, and contractor
s
• Update and map users to new roles; provide or revoke access to system
s
• Manage trainings and provide guidance on systems as neede
d
• Check training compliance and manage required account credentials for user acces
s
• Create/run reports and develop PowerPoint presentations on user dat
a
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and data analytics for command reportin
g
• Update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Liaise with approvers, stakeholders, and DoD/DoN organizations, as neede

• Attend related reoccurring and ad hoc meetings and data calls, as neede
d

• Candidate must possess an associate degree with at least two (2) years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience in a related discipline.
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The selected applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informatio
n
• Experience working with Department of Navy systems is desired (ERP, NIC ICAM, TWMS, etc.
)

.Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $70,000 to $95,000 (annually)
